Now there is not only a sharp rise in competition, but also a significant shift in the expectation of all the stake holders namely, industries, governments, public, professional service providers, trainees, employees etc. Institute shall aim to not only transfer knowledge & skill about modern technology, but also lend a tangible competitive advantage. With the globalization & liberalization. Adoption of modern technology to meet the qualitative requirement is the prime necessary and these in turn depend, on the availability of trained labor force.

Institute followed three pronged approach of manpower development

b. To train & develop the skill of younger generation who are the driving force of industrial revolution.
c. To involve all the stake holder in planning & implementation of training & development programs.

Institute is playing a leading role in all the skill development programs. Institute also implements many demand driven short term courses successfully. e.g. short term computer courses, Sewing machine operator driving school courses. Institute has facility & capacity to cover many sectors for short term modular training programs.

Institute shall committed to empower each trainee to achieve all round development through excellence in modular employable skill sets & be recognize as one of the finest institute for commitment, quality & excellence in skill development initiative.

I would like to compliment you for being selected as one of the centers of excellence by Director of Employment & Training, Gujarat State. I have hone through the scheme and I find that the scheme should be implemented in auto so that we can create the ITI Ankleshwar in true sense and sprit the “Centre of Excellence” The students passing out from ITI Ankleshwar will be proud and will get fast employment.

In accordance with the policy of promoting Public-Private-Partnership, Institute Management Committees (IMC) was constituted in Ankleshwar ITI in 2004. The Chairman of IMC is from a Private Companies and another four members come from private industries. The IMC provides a platform for continuous quality improvement in training and driven by the needs of Industries. The IMC has played a crucial role in crucial role in curriculum development, identifying guest faculties, grooming students as per specific needs of the industry, making available resources for self-learning, organization industrial associations in and employment agencies for placement. Now the students will come out from this institute, will be “Industry ready“ and get employment in the local industries.
